Cybersecurity Decision-Making Exercises
Cybersecurity Decision-Making Exercises are used to help various teams develop and refine necessary strategies, recovery and continuity plans for responsible personnel in the case of incidents or crises.
Scenario-based simulations and discussions provide participants though provocation and set a fundamental baseline for betterment of regulations and policies. Our goal is to create fictitious “discomfort” to get the training audience out of the comfort zone. Through this “regulated chaos” we are able to efficiently test their decision-making skills in a safe training environment.
Our Cybersecurity Decision-Making Exercises require minimal previous technical knowledge as the primary concept is based on policies and opinions.
We provide our Decision-Making Exercises in various formats, both in-person and online as well as in a scenario-based discussion format or in a working-group format.
Most effective formats and scoping of the Exercise can be done in an introductory session.
