There is no limit to the number of users besides the active user license. As an example, we have successfully participated in projects with more than 10 000 registered users on the platform.
To increase the number of licenses, you can either contact your account manager or contact us via info@risksight.io.
Once you have correctly set up the Single Sign-On (SSO) login, you can immediately use your account to log in even though “Admin -> Administer Users” does not show them yet. Each user’s account is created during the first log in. Afterwards, they are visible in the table of users on the platform.
Please ensure that your product license is up to date and you have not exceeded the user limit in the “Admin -> Manage Product Keys” menu.
At the end of the Phishing Campaign, a comprehensive report with substantive analysis is provided to the client.
RiskSight gathers information on the volume of sent and opened e-mails, clicked links and submitted credentials. For submitted credentials, only the e-mail addresses are stored and password data is not collected nor visible. Data is hosted in the European Union.

There is a possibility utilize provided .csv files that can be directly imported into the DeLRAP database for insertion of large volumes of local users and/or custom group mappings.
DeLRAP is compatible with several authentication methods: local users, SAML (primarily Azure AD/Entra or Google Workspace), LDAP/Open LDAP for local AD-solutions, TARA for Estonian citizens and even Social Media platforms such as Facebook.
In the case of on-premises hosting, RiskSight provides an OVA-template which can be seamlessly imported into VMware. Alternatively, RiskSight can provide necessary files to set up a brand new Virtual Machine instead. There is also an option of providing access to the Virtual Machine, where a RiskSight Support Engineer can maintain and setup the platform.
In the case of SaaS hosting, RiskSight takes care of all hosting and maintenance activities related to the Virtual Machine. Data is hosted in the European Union.
DeLRAP can be hosted either by RiskSight or the client.
RiskSight provides the option of a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. The client can choose to host the platform either on-premises or through their own desired cloud service provider.
Yes, custom courses of the desired topic can also be created according to the risk assessment methodology.
Yes, the entirety of the courses are customizable. In addition, we offer (and strongly recommend) corresponding workshops to adapt the content to the sector and industry specifics as well as the organization needs.
