There is no limit to the number of users besides the active user license. As an example, we have successfully participated in projects with more than 10 000 registered users on the platform.

Once you have correctly set up the Single Sign-On (SSO) login, you can immediately use your account to log in even though “Admin -> Administer Users” does not show them yet. Each user’s account is created during the first log in. Afterwards, they are visible in the table of users on the platform.

There is a possibility utilize provided .csv files that can be directly imported into the DeLRAP database for insertion of large volumes of local users and/or custom group mappings.

DeLRAP is compatible with several authentication methods: local users, SAML (primarily Azure AD/Entra or Google Workspace), LDAP/Open LDAP for local AD-solutions, TARA for Estonian citizens and even Social Media platforms such as Facebook.

In the case of on-premises hosting, RiskSight provides an OVA-template which can be seamlessly imported into VMware. Alternatively, RiskSight can provide necessary files to set up a brand new Virtual Machine instead. There is also an option of providing access to the Virtual Machine, where a RiskSight Support Engineer can maintain and setup the platform.
